Yes, we support custom samples based on your drawings or requirements. Please provide detailed specifications (size, capacity, connector, etc.), and we can develop a prototype for you.
Q14. Do I need to pay for the samples and shipping cost?

We charge a sample fee, which can be fully refunded when you place a formal bulk order. For small orders, the shipping cost is usually borne by the customer; we can discuss cost-sharing for large-volume projects.
Q15. How long does it take to prepare and ship the samples?

Standard samples take 3-5 working days, and customized samples take 7-10 working days, depending on the complexity.
Q16. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we provide samples for quality verification. The sample fee can be refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
Q17. Do you have any MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for batteries?

A:We have a low MOQ. 1 piece is available for sample testing.
Q18. Can l get free sample?

A:Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer place the bulk order.
