Q1. Can you make pouch, cylindrical and prismatic batteries?

Yes. All three form factors are available.
Q2. Can you add reverse polarity, short circuit and reverse current protection?

A:
Yes. Integrated in BMS or external circuit; safety level can be upgraded.
Q3. Can you make different connectors (XT60, DC, JST, SM, Anderson)?

A:
Yes. All common connectors available; wire length, gauge and color customizable.
Q4. Can you make finished batteries with LED indicators, switches, and terminal wires?

A:
Yes. One-stop assembly with wires, terminals, switches, and LED indicators per your drawings.
Q5. Can you make waterproof, shockproof, high-temperature resistant special batteries?

A:
Yes. IP65/IP67 waterproof, potting for shock resistance, high temp (85℃) /low temp (-40℃) customization available.
Q6. Can you make battery packs with mixed capacities?

A:
Yes. Mixed capacities or different cell combinations in one pack are supported per your design.
Q7. What is the tooling fee for customized batteries? Is it refundable?

A:
For custom battery packs, there is no tooling fee. For custom pouch cells, the tooling fee is typically $800, which is refundable after reaching a certain quantity.
Q8. Can you help us apply for battery certifications?

A:
Yes. We can assist with CE, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC62133, etc. Certification fees apply separately.
Q9. Can you make battery packs with BMS?

A:
Yes. We support built-in or external BMS with overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short‑circuit protection.
Q10. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized products?

A:
The MOQ for battery packs depends on the specific situation. The MOQ for custom pouch cells is 10,000 pcs.
Q11. Can you help us design a new battery solution for our product?

A:
Yes, our R&D team can provide customized battery solutions based on your device's power consumption, size, and application scenarios. We can even help with prototype testing.
Q12. Can we print our logo or brand name on the products?

A:
Yes, we support inkjet coding for your logo/brand name. MOQ and cost vary based on the process.
