Not recommended below 0℃; may cause irreversible capacity loss.
Q3. Is your BMS in-house or outsourced?

A:
In-house + premium suppliers, stable and highly compatible.
Q4. Can batteries be connected in series/parallel?

A:
Yes. Series/parallel supported with matching BMS design.
Q5. Best storage method for unused batteries?

A:
50% SOC, dry cool place 10–30℃, away from fire.
Q6. What is the after-sales response time?

A:
Response within 2 working hours; emergency solutions within 1 hour.
Q7. Can you add deep discharge lock protection?

A:
Yes. BMS built-in lock function; auto-lock at low voltage to protect cells.
Q8. Are the cells domestic or imported?

A:
The cells are produced in our own factory. Customer factory audits are supported to view the production process.
Q9. Is capacity drop normal after long-term storage?

Normal. Monthly self-discharge ≤3%; capacity recovers after recharging.
Q10. For batch defects during warranty, do you cover round-trip shipping?
